1.1 License to Use

Follow these Terms and Blervost provides you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Platform for legitimate purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, suspend, or terminate any feature or Service—at our discretion, without advance warning.

1.2 Legal Standing and Compliance

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • every detail you provide to Blervost is truthful and current;
  • you possess the legal capacity to form binding contracts in your region;
  • your Platform activities comply with all applicable laws, rules, and third-party rights;
  • you're not breaking financial, consumer, or privacy regulations where you reside.

You're solely responsible for verifying your actions satisfy every legal obligation tied to your use.

1.3 Monitoring and Enforcement Rights

Blervost holds the authority to observe Platform behavior for compliance. We're not obligated to do so.

If we don't act immediately, that doesn't erase our power to enforce later.

Anything happening under your account? Your responsibility. Every order. Every file. Every interaction.

Found a vulnerability, breach, or attack vector? Alert our support team immediately.

1.4 Suspension and Account Closure

Blervost may restrict or terminate your access—temporarily or permanently—if:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • we reasonably believe you're engaged in unlawful, deceptive, or damaging conduct;
  • your actions jeopardize system performance, security infrastructure, or our reputation.

We won't pay damages resulting from protective actions we take.

The Platform may contain links to third-party services, promotions, or campaigns operated by external entities ("External Providers").

1.5 Third-Party Services and Liability Limits

Here's what Blervost does NOT do:

  • hire, supervise, or vouch for External Providers;
  • confirm the accuracy, legality, safety, or performance of outside offerings;
  • accept liability for disputes or material stemming from external sources;
  • vet third-party links—they exist purely for reference.

Engage with External Providers? You assume the risk.

1.6 Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, you release Blervost and its related parties from any liability connected to transactions with other Users, External Providers, or third-party platforms.

This protects us from indirect losses, disputes, system failures, outages, and financial consequences.

Blervost doesn't create, distribute, or endorse third-party products. We run the infrastructure.

2. User Obligations and Prohibited Activity

2.1 Restricted Actions

You agree not to—whether directly or through third parties:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary logic, code, or system architecture;
  • use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • reproduce, alter, or distribute Platform materials without our written permission;
  • circumvent authentication systems, security measures, or access restrictions;
  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction tools without authorization;
  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or network infrastructure;
  • harvest or misuse personal information without proper legal authority;
  • perform actions that disrupt, disable, or overload Platform resources.

2.2 Standards for Submitted Materials

Everything you submit through Blervost must:

  • be accurate and legally compliant;
  • honor intellectual property rights and privacy boundaries;
  • exclude abusive, violent, discriminatory, or hateful content;
  • be free of malware, exploits, or harmful code;
  • comply with advertising disclosure and transparency standards;
  • avoid excessive consumption of our server capacity or bandwidth.

2.3 Rights Granted for User Content

By submitting material, you grant Blervost a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, modify, display, and distribute it as necessary for Platform operations and improvements.

Blervost may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, breaks applicable laws, or creates security vulnerabilities. No refund. No recourse.

2.4 Responsibility for Submissions

You own every piece of content you submit. Period.

Blervost bears no responsibility for damages, disputes, lawsuits, or financial losses arising from user-generated material.

2. Communications and Service Notifications

By accepting these Terms, you agree to receive communications from Blervost. This includes operational updates, feature announcements, and critical alerts.

Where permitted by law, you may also receive promotional messages or partner communications related to Platform services.

You can opt out of marketing communications anytime using the unsubscribe link or by emailing [email protected].

Opting out won't stop essential notifications about security incidents, account changes, or legally required communications.

3. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

4.0 Exclusive Ownership

Blervost owns the Platform and all Services we provide. Every single component.

This includes (but isn't limited to):

  • underlying architecture, source code, processing logic, algorithms, and technical infrastructure;
  • user interface design, brand identity, visual assets, and user experience flows;
  • trademarks, logos, service marks, icons, and brand equity;
  • all updates, optimizations, enhancements, and future versions we develop.

These Terms grant no ownership rights, licensing privileges, or sublicensing authority. Zero.

Your access is revocable. We control the gateway. You can't sell, lease, or transfer anything. Access exists strictly within authorized parameters.

3.0 Materials Submitted by Users

You bear full responsibility for everything you upload or transmit. Legal? Accurate? Rightfully yours? That's on you.

By uploading content, you represent that you hold all necessary rights—and that nothing you're submitting infringes intellectual property law, violates NDAs, tramples moral rights, or breaches privacy regulations.

Blervost doesn't pre-screen submissions. Lawsuit filed? Infringement claim made? Financial damage caused by your content? We're not liable.

4.0 Indemnity Obligations

You will protect and defend Blervost—along with our parent companies, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents—from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees (including attorney charges) arising from:

  • any content or data you upload, share, or transmit through the Platform;
  • intellectual property infringement claims or alleged contract violations;
  • Platform misuse or legal violations.

This obligation survives account termination. It continues past suspension, closure, or deletion—indefinitely.
